Casademont has two production centres in the province of Girona:
· Bonmatí: This centre has the production units for cured products, cooked products and a third, sliced products unit.
· Palol de Revardit: Serrano ham production centre.

The Bonmatí centre has a production capacity of 25,000 tonnes per year, in other words 500 tonnes per week. Of this production, 40% is cured product and 60% is cooked.
50% of total production is presented as sliced product.
The centre has 8,000 square metres of driers, areas with controlled temperature and humidity where the charcuterie products are cured. This demonstrates how the importance the company gives to the product has earned it worldwide recognition: cured charcuterie products.
The Palol centre it is capable of processing up to 6,000 pieces per week.
