Casademont Serrano Ham Carpaccio
Preparation
Spread out 3 slices of Serrano ham on a plate, dress with olive oil and little of the black and white pepper. Make another layer of Serrano ham, dress once more and so on until the slices of Serrano ham are finished. Grate the tomatoes and put them on top of the last layer of Serrano ham, drizzle with oil and add a little pepper. Once the dish is finished, cover it with cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Now it’s ready to serve.
This plate is most enjoyable in summer.
Ingredients
Casademont Serrano Ham cut very thinly (2 slices per person)
Grated ripe tomato
Extra virgin olive oil
White and black pepper
